Partners Of Theovision Fellowship With Bible Listening Groups

Supporting Theovision International has been a great joy for our donors to see the Word of God been spread everywhere. To many, recording the Bible into indigenous languages is what they think Theovision is all about.

The Partnership Unit and the Word for all Unit of Theovision International together with some donors visited some Bible listening communities in Tefle, Fosime and Betekpo in the Volta Region of Ghana on March 10 and 25, 2023. The visit to these communities was full of excitement as these communities welcomed staff and donors with an Agbadza dance and a convoy of motorists leading the team from Accra to the Bible listening centers.

The donors were excited to fellowship with the people in these communities and experience a Bible Listening session in the Ewe language. The participants were so joyful and amazing as they shared their thoughts with the donors during the discussion session.

Some donors also shared their experiences: “This is a very good experience; I’m so happy to be here today. Two or Three years ago, when I heard of Theovision on Sunny FM, I thought all they did was raise money to translate the Bible, but coming here today has shown me that there is a whole lot more they are doing, and it’s a very powerful work that they are doing for God. Before we got to this place, it took us more than an hour to be here; we passed through the forest; it was not an easy journey, and I want to thank Theovision for the good work they are doing. God increase them and expand them.” Pastor Jerry shared.

Madam Echiaa, a donor, also said, “They have been transformed through the Bible listening group, and God is working through them. God is working in these individuals; the answers they gave showed they knew other parts of the Bible, they remembered them, and they were applying it in this instant. I will like to urge anyone and everyone who is thinking of supporting, to make that decision now.”

This is my first time joining the Bible listening group, I will say it is very interesting. The people around here know God, so all that we need to do is to back them up, help them with their needs financially, physically, academically, and by doing that, I think they will grow in the Lord.” Madam Juliana also shared.

The children in these various communities participated in the listening sessions and contributed. Five people at Betekpo surrendered their lives to Jesus Christ. The team donated used clothing and Children and Youth Bible to the communities.

Having had a wonderful experience, over 20 donors urged all to support this great ministry of God. “It’s a blessing and an experience that I will never ever forget in my life so am calling and inviting each and every believer, a person that loves the work of God, this is the time to show our love for the work of God.” Pastor Jerry says.

Both donors and the people in these communities thanked Theovision International for the good work they are doing.
